The strength of the LNT Group is down in no small part to the people who have responsibility for driving each of the businesses forward. The management team meets on a weekly basis to explore opportunities across the group.

There is a management development programme in place which identifies the future leaders of the business and helps to equip them with the skills required for their future progression.
