LNT Aviation established. LNTA provides a commercial helicopter service throughout Europe and invaluable support to LNT Group's site finders and management team

Purchase the majority shareholding of GLP Care Limited. GLP is now the second largest specialist broker in the UK care sector, selling and advising on over £1bn of healthcare related property in 2004.
Purchase and majority shareholding of Basic Solutions Ltd. BSL is a niche household chemical and specialist industrial chemicals supplier in the UK and the Americas. BSL now has multiple listings with Tesco, Asda, Wal-Mart, Home Depot and other major multiple retailers as well as contracts with the rail networks and various products protected by patents.

Purchase the majority shareholding of Taylors Business Valuers and Surveyors to complement GLP's offering. The objective is to develop TBSV through the introduction of new IT and further business support to be the largest business valuer in their sector. TBSV currently values over 3,000 businesses each year in the UK.
Orchard Care Home brand developed.
LNT Group acquired Ginetta Cars Ltd under its LNT Automotive banner.
2006
In June, the Team LNT Panoz Esperante wins the GT2 class in the Le Mans 24 hour race at the first attempt.
2007
In May, LNT Group move to purpose built premises in Garforth, Leeds, West Yorkshire.
In June, LNT sells Orchard in a £175m management buy out.
In July, the companies GLP and Taylors amalgamate to form GLP Taylors.
